Privacy notice

This notice explains how retroXpect Pte. Ltd. (“we”), which operates fullstack.sg, handles personal data collected through this website. We aim to comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you enter:
- your name, work email address and company
- the type of enquiry, project context, and optionally budget and timeline
- which page you came from, so we understand which service you’re asking about
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
The brief builder keeps your answers in your browser only. They’re used to fill in the enquiry form for you, and nothing is sent to us unless you submit that form.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss and scope the work you’ve asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence. We don’t sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing, and we don’t send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers.
Analytics and tags
We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are used. These only set analytics or advertising cookies once you’ve agreed to them. The events we record include the page and service you were looking at. They never include the content of your enquiry, your name or your email address.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and number are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, as well as by us.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us through an email or workflow service, and the site is hosted by a cloud provider. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Singapore. Where they do, we choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We don’t otherwise share your details without your consent, unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and for any period required for legal or accounting purposes.
How we protect it
Enquiries travel over encrypted connections and are kept in accounts that only the people handling them can access.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to our using it. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue discussing or carrying out work with you. We aim to respond to requests within 30 days.
