Partner pack for agencies
Development behind the work you sell
We build websites and applications for agencies and studios, under your name. Here’s how that works with your clients, your proposals and your team.
How the arrangement works
- Your client relationship
- It stays yours. We don’t contact your client unless you ask us to, and you decide whether we’re introduced at all.
- Being seen by the client
- Up to you, project by project. We can stay entirely behind the scenes, or join technical meetings as your development partner.
- Quoting for your proposal
- We send a written estimate that lists what it assumes and what it leaves out, so you can price your proposal on it and add your own margin.
- Communication
- We work in your Slack, Teams or email and send short written updates you can forward. Calls are booked at times that suit both sides.
- Confidentiality
- We sign non-disclosure agreements when a client requires one. Send it with your first message, before you share any client details.
- Billing
- We can invoice you or your client directly. For white-label work, it’s usually simplest for us to invoice you and for you to invoice your client.
- Code and accounts
- The code is yours. We’d rather keep it in your or your client’s accounts from the first day, so there’s nothing to transfer at the end.
- Changes to the brief
- If the client asks for more, we tell you what it’ll cost and wait for your go-ahead before starting it.
- After launch
- We hand the project to your team, or keep looking after it under an arrangement you can resell to the client.
Quoting for your proposal
- Send what you have. Designs, a written brief or even an email from the client. Any stage is fine.
- We ask our questions. Usually about integrations, content, hosting and who signs things off.
- You get an estimate. What’s included, what it assumes and what it depends on, written so you can lift it into your proposal.
- You pitch. Your proposal, your price and your client.
- If you win it. We start in your tools, with who does what agreed in writing.
The first week
- You give us access to the code, hosting and services
- We set up a place to build and a way to show you progress
- We join your chat, with one contact on your side
- We agree in writing who does what
- The first piece of work lands for you to check, usually the project setup
Services
- White-label web development. We handle the development while your agency manages the client.
- Frontend development. We build your designs as responsive, accessible pages and components, including the states a design file doesn’t show.
- Backend development. User accounts, permissions, databases and business rules for web applications and portals.
- Next.js development. New Next.js builds, upgrades and rescues, with each page set up to render, cache and deploy the right way.
- API integration. We connect your application to CRMs, payment providers, online stores and internal systems, and plan for the day the other side fails or changes.
- Existing codebase support. We get an inherited or unfinished application running, tell you what state it’s in, and help you decide what to do next.
- Web application maintenance. Bug fixes, security updates, broken integrations and small improvements for applications that are already live.
- Web performance optimisation. We measure what’s making your pages slow, fix the causes that matter most, and help stop them coming back.
Questions agencies ask
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes, when your client requires one. Send it with your first message, before you share any client details.
- Can our client find out that you built the project?
- Not from us, if that’s what we agree. The code lives in your accounts, and any credits in the code or on the site follow your instructions. Confidentiality and credit are agreed in writing for each project.
- Can we show the project in our portfolio?
- That’s between you and your client. We won’t show white-label work in our own portfolio unless you’ve agreed to it.
- Do you work with agencies outside Singapore?
- fullstack.sg is run by a Singapore company and we work in English. Most of the work happens in writing in your tools, so the arrangement is much the same wherever your agency is.
